Tiger Butte Manor is a non-smoking property.
Guests must be 21 yrs of age to book a room.
Children under 14 years of age cannot be accommodated.
Horses may be accommodated but no other pets.
Check out required by noon.
Check in is requested between 5 and 9pm. Please negotiate alternate check in/out times with the Innkeeper.
Booking requirements:
Cards, electronic and cash payments accepted
A $25 Booking fee will be applied when a reservation is placed. 50% of the reserved stay/fees (less $25) will be collected 2 weeks prior to arrival with the remaining balance applied upon arrival.
Cancellations made at least 2 weeks prior to scheduled stay with receive a full refund less the $25 booking fee.
Cancellations made less than two weeks prior to scheduled arrival will be charged 50% of the reserved rate/stay unless a replacement booking is made.
Additional fees may be applied to the payment source on file for any missing or damaged property.
